Elementary & Middle School Programs

Elementary school students, grades K-6, and their families are offered a Home Study Program.

Middle School students, grades 7-8 are offered the choice of a Home Study Program or a 4-day onsite blended learning program (in Moreno Valley this onsite program is only available for 8th grade students).

Home Study Program

With our home study model students meet with their teacher once every two weeks to review progress.

Blended Learning Model

Students in grades 7-8 can enroll in a 4-day a week onsite support program taught by credentialed teachers.  For our Moreno Valley campus, this option is only available for 8th grade students.

Student Laptops

Students are issued a chromebook so they can access their coursework, submit assignments, and meet virtually with their Supervisory Teacher.

Student Enrichment

We organize community events including Sea World, San Diego Zoo, local theater productions, and more!

Home School Program

Home School Program
With our home school model, students and their parents/guardians meet with credentialed teachers once every two weeks for approximately one hour. During this meeting, students share their coursework and are assessed on the content they studied.

Learning Coaches: Our home school model requires a learning coach. The learning coach is someone who is responsible for the student’s success at home. The learning coach needs to be at least 18 years old and able to access all the material that is provided in English. Some of learning coach's responsibilities include:
Set daily schedule consisting of 4-6 hours
Hands on in daily instruction with online instruction.
The learning coach and supervisory teacher work together and are responsible for helping the student meet grade level benchmarks.

Onsite Blended Learning

Students in grades 7-8 can enroll in a 4-day a week onsite support program taught by credentialed teachers.
For our Moreno Valley Campus, this program is only available to 8th grade students.

During classroom time, students are able to collaborate with peers in Math, ELA, Science, Social Studies, (Exploratory in Oceanside) and other enrichment activities that supplement the curriculum.
